倘客戶發現所收貨品有任何既有的瑕疵或損壞，客戶必須在收貨後七天內以電郵或致電本網站客戶服務熱線 ﹝852﹞ 36118428/60874942 提出辦理，貨品須連同原封包裝及在〝簇新〞的情況下退回。
Online Shopping Return and Exchange Policy
1. Request for goods return or exchange will be accepted within 7 days of delivery, and goods must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition. Customers are required to email us or contact our Customer Service Hotline at ﹝852﹞ 36118428/60874942 for product return and exchange arrangement.
2. Request for goods return or exchange will not be accepted if the goods are found used, altered or damaged due to improper use.
3. All goods marked as ‘Non-Returnable’ are not eligible for exchange or refund.
4. Customers are required to present the original sales invoice and credit card used for payment upon returning the goods in person. A third party requests will not be entertained
5. For case where original receipt cannot be provided, the refund price will be set according to the iMeddy lowest retail price on record.
6. If the goods returned cannot be exchanged for the same model due to stock shortage, customers can choose any products from this site and pay the price difference only.
7. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in “like new” condition in strict conformance with the basic return criteria above, the purchase price will be credited to the payment tool used for the original purchase.
8. iMeddy reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
9. Should there be any dispute, iMeddy’s decision shall be final.
